We just need to collect a few more details about your co-exhibitor. On completion of the form you will be invoiced £1000+VAT per co-exhibitor. The invoice MUST be paid by the Primary Exhibiting company. Please complete one form per co-exhibitor

Co-Exhibitor Contact Name *Please provide the first name and last name of your co-exhibitor contact. This contact will become the Primary Exhibitor Co-ordinator of the co-exhibiting company and will be invited to access to their E-Zone

Co-Exhibitor Contact Email *This email will be used to create the co-exhibitors E-Zone

Co-Exhibitor Company Name *This is the name that will be displayed on the IBC Website, Show Planner and Mobile App

Next Steps

Your co-exhibitor will be sent an email inviting them to open a E-Zone account within the next 2 working days.

They should view their checklist for relevant tasks and to register their staff.

Floorplan updates showing co-exhibitors can take up to 7 working days

NOTE

Invoices for co-exhibiting companies can only be sent to the lead exhibitor. We are unable to issue invoices directly to co-exhibitors. Please contact support@ibc.org if you have any questions
